## Key Concepts

- **Agents** are AI employees — specialized team members you hire and equip with skills, tools, and integrations.
- **Spaces** are project workspaces where agents run, with files, secrets, and installed resources.
- **Chat at two levels**: talk to an agent directly from your org home page, or within a Space where it gains access to the Space's resources.
- **Missions** let you schedule agents to run tasks automatically on a cron schedule or at a future time.
